It's a three-step process. First, you'll speak with the manager on the phone, then do a virtual interview with the manager, and lastly, speak with the director in person. Hiring manager does great job explaining culture and what you will be measured against. Very friendly and easy to talk to and very open to answering questions. Seems to have a good training system in place; Employees seem to love the culture and believe in the company.

Phone interview with recruiting manager, phone interview with director, in person interview with director of recruiting and Human Resources . I applied a online, received a call that lasted about 45 minutes then was told I would be contacted vi email to set up the second interview.
