HR vetting followed by virtual panel interview (2 person minimum) comprising short presentation on role-specific topic, summary of work history and relevant key skills acquired, and competency-based questions. Panel interview lasts 45 mins - 1 hour.

The panel were okay. The questions were okay. I haven’t heard back from them but then I get a message for another job asking me to consider it with much less salary. Shameful attitude. I’m yet to receive the formal rejection email.

The interview took place virtually due to COVID. Hiring manager got in touch about a week before interview and I was provided with a test based on one of the role's core responsibilities immediately before a competency based interview. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and another colleague at LGC.
