It was a very lengthy process - I applied in the September, had a telephone interview within a week, then heard nothing back for 6 weeks. I was approached on LinkedIn by the same interviewer for a different role, and only due to this was I able to progress with my first application. There was a lot of back and forth with the recruiter - them saying they will call tomorrow, and then nothing. I was eventually invited to an on-site interview (with two days notice) and told to prepare a presentation. Two things wrong with this - I was sent a 'casefile' on which to base my presentation, though it was for the wrong job... and I was not told to send the presentation ahead of time, and so could not show my presentation in the interview, and I had to do it without my slides.
The technical questions were very in-depth and there was about 30 of them (with a, b, c etc.).
I was told I would get a break to have coffee with the team - this didn't happen.
After the interview finished, I was told I would hear within 1-2 days. I ended up having to chase this up after 7 days of not hearing anything.
Overall, the process definitely put me off working there.
