Internal recruiter call after application was successful. Set up a video call interview with two people, one in the developer team, and one executive. Warm vibe and conversational tone with sprinkled interview questions. Described as very fast paced and high goal orientated. There was no formal technical interview as they sent an offer after the first interview. Was offered a reasonable salary with bonus, but were not willing to give a counter offer during negotiations when offered more from a competitor. Ended up accepting a more attractive offer.
