I had a first interview over the phone, it lasted about 10 minutes before I was asked to come in for a face to face interview with the hiring manager. That lasted about 15-20 minutes. After the face to face, I was let know that I would hear back within a day if they want to continue forward, I had to reach out to them to find out. After, we had scheduled a secondary interview where I met with the sales managers and CEO. That interview lasted about 25-30 minutes. I was told that I would hear back in 1 to 2 days after they needed to make a decision. 2 days later I was contacting them yet again. I originally accepted the position, but later retracted my offer. Beware! Company will let you know you start on one day and they next day they will call you and tell you that you do not start for a whole week later. Company will let you know they had a starting salary of x amount but will contact you a week before starting letting you know they cannot pay you that much.
