Entrevista
I was invited to a first-stage interview where I was asked about my experience and some basic behavioral questions. I thought the interview was going well, but at the end, I found out that the interviewer was actually an Application Developer who had only been with the company for seven months. It felt odd to have a junior-level employee conducting an interview for a junior-level role.
The interview lasted only 20 minutes, and while the questions were quite basic, I was later told that I didn’t provide enough 'technical detail.' Given the short timeframe and the nature of the questions, this feedback felt unclear and somewhat unfair. Overall, it was a disappointing experience given this firm is rated so highly.
