The interview process was very positive. Before getting an in-person interview, I was asked to take a personality and work style test online. I did not receive the results, even though I was very curious how it factoring into their selection process. After that, I went through two rounds of interviews and good follow-up communication. Everyone I met was courteous and explained the job thoroughly.
