I had two phone interviews, one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. I then had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The phone interviews were both fairly average in terms of questions asked. The in-person was more focused on behavioral interview questions.

The head of the finance department reached out to me to schedule a 30-minute Zoom call to determine my fit and describe the role that I was applying for. After this, they went through my resume more in-depth while asking questions.
