While the recruitment and interview process itself was professional and efficient, my post-interview experience has been deeply concerning due to a total disregard for data privacy. After the hiring cycle concluded, I formally requested the deletion of my personal data in accordance with GDPR Article 17 and El Salvador's Personal Data Protection Law, yet my emails to their privacy and recruitment contacts have gone completely unanswered despite multiple follow-ups. It is alarming that a company maintaining a dedicated "privacy" alias fails to acknowledge, let alone process, legally mandated erasure requests. I would strongly caution future candidates to be wary, as this lack of responsiveness regarding personal data handling reflects poorly on the organization's commitment to compliance and professional integrity.
