Applied through Indeed/Company Website. Called to follow up and the manager seemed SO happy because I actually followed up and she was excited to speak to me so she scheduled a zoom interview within’ the next couple of days. Things went amazing. Next step was a zoom interview with the regional. I scheduled my zoom interview with the regional a few days after my surgery, keep in mind I wanted this job SO bad bc I wasn’t even supposed to be out of bed doing anything while on medication but I wanted to attend this interview in hopes of getting it.. I thought it went well, especially bc the regional said to call the store manager back and then we can get started on a background check so I assumed I somewhat got the position. Said for me that if I don’t hear back by Saturday then to call. The weekend passed and I didn’t want to call on a weekend obviously bc that’s when retailers are most busy, so I called Monday. Was told they were seeking other candidates. So there’s that.

how would I sell products. You need to know the products they sell and be able to think on the spot about interactions with consumers that you have had in the past.
Very smooth for the whole interview and got hired, it was very pleasant talk with the manager and understanding the whole company structure. Besides got to explore more of their products
The interviewer seems professional and nice, no harsh questions and start on time. I think all retail interview very similar and nothing special in it. Just normal process and questions.
