Entrevista
I applied through my school's career center and they invited me to interview with them. They asked 2 technical questions. The first was what are the effects of buying new equipment on the balance sheet, statement of cash flows, and income statement? The second was what are the different ways that you can analyze a company.

Tell me about a time when you had an "aha" moment.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.

Walk through a DCF and different valuation methodologies
Online: online tests + video interview covering basic valuation questions. AC: modelling test (building a dcf from scratch) + written math test + group case study where we had to present our findings + answer a list of questions. Process took half a day.
