Arrive at the hiring center for open interviews and realize that no one has reviewed your application, resume or cover letter. Asked which location and what hours are preferred. Moved to the next station for drug screen. Go home and wait for a lowball offer.

Easy! It wasn’t hard to get an interview, they contacted me within a few days. We did an over the phone interview, and then a face to face. They both went well! Asked questions that made me really think.

Great, they do a phone interview first and explain the starting pay. Then if you are still interested they set up an interview with the store hiring and then send a email confirmation with info.
