Interviews are short and one on one. But to get hired you will have to actually go in and talk to the manager yourself. Pretty easy questions they ask and their not drilling you for an answer. After the second interview you do your background check and drug test (yes they drug test) youll know if your hired.
Easy group interview, they didn’t ask any questions regarding the job. It was just about what the job required and it was an introduction to who and what Kroger is about

This was years ago but it was in person. Nothing complicated but it was in 2007. Not sure how they do it now especially with the pandemic. Good luck to all.
