The entire process of setting up the interview was unprofessional. I missed the first call, so I called back. They answered and said, “Oh yes, umm,” and then I heard silence for one minute. I asked how their day was going and they cut the call. (Weird..) I called back 5 minutes later.. and then the entire call required ME to carry the conversation and ask about scheduling the interview that they wanted me to do.
I call the day before the interview the confirm that the pharmacist still knows I’m coming. The person says they’ll leave a note for someone else to call me THE DAY OF to see if it’s “still okay.” Next day, I receive no call. I call and say I was supposed to receive a call. The pharmacist answers and says I can come today, but suggests a different time.
I go in and do my best with the part time position interview. No issues except for the fact that the pharmacist asked odd questions that went on for 5 minutes to where you don’t even know what the main question is anymore. I get told that I will hear back in a FEW WEEKS. (For a busy store that needs help? Okay.)
Received an email that they’re moving forward at this time. No offer.
I was very gracious with everything that happened, but now this is ridiculous.

A bunch of rambling with big words that the pharmacist can’t even use correctly.
Applied online, got a phone call after a few days to schedule an interview. Time between application and first day was about two weeks because it was difficult to get a hold of the managers.

Tell us about a recent time when you did something kind for someone where they did not ask and you did not get anything in return.
Envié una solicitud electrónica. Acudí a una entrevista en Kroger (Dallas, TX)

It was quick, and easy. I had a friendly phone interviewer then proceeded to an in-person review with my former boss. It was a painless process, and many people I interacted with were very kind.
