We like to make sure we provide candidates ample opportunities to showcase their skills and highlight their strengths both in interviews and through assignments. When it comes to asking about salary expectations we like to get an initial understanding of a candidate's goal/ expectations, that way we can make sure we are aligned before moving forward. While our focus is always finding the right candidate first, it can save both the candidate and us time by clearing up those expectations at the beginning of the process.
