I had a phone interview, which went very well. I was asked about my targeted salary which was admittedly higher than what I believe they were willing to pay. However, the recruiter told me I would be contacted back (possibly that day) to confirm. I have left several voice mails to the recruiter and have since been completely ghosted. How hard is it to have the common decency to follow through with what you tell a candidate? Though, I should have expected this considering their Glassdoor reviews.
