Thanks for sharing your concern. For all the campus drives that we conduct, the selected candidate details are shared with concerned Training and placement contact person (T&P officer). In Kratin, we take recruitment process very seriously and applications are evaluated on several parameters including idea, functionality, code, time to submit assignment etc. Many a times the submissions are filtered based on code review in early stage itself.
