Shortest interview in my life. The interview was planned for 30 minutes. Expected that at least they would introduce me to the company, tell me about their operations, about all the benefits of working for them, and ask me many questions in the form of - Why do you want to work for us? - What do you think this position is about? etc. etc. In reality, there was only ONE QUESTION - Please tell about yourself. I've talked 8 minutes about myself. After that, not a single question was asked, but instead "Thank you for the insights... we will let you know if you've reached the next interviewing round". So the call lasted exactly 10 minutes in total. I got the feeling that they weren't even interested in my profile, but for some reason they still invited me for the call (?). Either way, the company showed 0 engagement or interaction in order to get me interested to work for them.
