The company took it's time. I interviewed with all the partners in my country, and flew to two neighboring countries to do the same. Plus three VC's to countries that were farther away. All in all 15 interviews. The good thing was that I got the chance to ask a lot of questions that were answered very candidly. Also could meet people involved in the organization in various hierarchical levels and get a feel for future peers and "supervisors" (in the end we're all partners).
