I received a message on LinkedIn advertising a Recruiter role in Bucharest. Since I was searching for a role, I happily accepted it.
The first interview was with the recruiter where I received standard interview questions about me and my experience. A second interview saw set up with the hiring manager, pretty standard as well. A third interview was set up with the business partner that I would be working very close with if hired.
The process was successful and in the end I received an offer which I happily accepted and signed. The recruiter mentioned that she would get back to me with a start date... and it never happened. For weeks we've been emailing back and forth regarding the start date. It's been a year and a half and I still haven't heard from them.
The process was great, the end was very disappointing.

Felt like the interviewer was busy and didn't want to be there.
Told me they have a strict budget for this role (very low and pretty unliveable) - if there is a strict budget why is this not added to the job ad, it wastes both the interviewer and interviewee's time.
Told me they would get back to me and never did.

All are professional from initial interview up to final interview. On time, friendly atmosphere and feedback was received on the time they promised, great office environment and assisted candidates all throughout the process.
