Spoke with Recruiter, then Managing director, then the person the position reported to. Things seemed to be going well and then asked to waste time doing a search assignment and then never given any feedback as to why you wouldn't be continuing on in the process. The recruiter had the nerve to ask me to apply and interview for other positions he was working on without ever letting me know what the reason was for passing. A huge waste of time and very unprofessional.

Two initial interviews with talent specialists then zoom interview with hiring manager . Hiring manager was not well prepared and didn’t even have my resume. About half way through it was apparent there was no fit. Good place to go to get experience but not a good place for experienced recruiters.
