Very clear and efficient process. Had 3 interviews - both focusing on personality and skills. Transformed into talk on perspectives on marketing, brand activation etc. Everything took a little over a month, included talking to CEO, Client Services Director and Creative Director. Got contract sent through, had some issues concerning clauses, but had good negotiation about these and was a win win for all.
