It was a 30 min over the phone interview the person conducting the interview was really nice. Started off with basic small talk then asked why I wanted to work for the Konrad and what I knew about the company. After answering those questions moved on to my background and experience. Lastly explained the rest of the interview process. If I make the next steps it will be a Technical interview, testing and lastly another interview.
