Interview with HR was amazing, However, the in-person/panel interview process was more than lackluster. Not only did it feel cold, but felt like a waste of time as they asked me irrelevant questions while one of the female senior managers didn't even bother making eye contact looking cold and disinterested. Not sure if she hated her life or hated the company. Gives off a great vibe of your company overall as your members can't even put in a fake smile during recruitment interviews. Bullet dodged.

Round 1) Initial screening with HR Director. Standard screening questions. They had a roundabout way of asking me for my age, I found this to be unprofessional. Round 2) Meeting with VP focused on behavioral questions, project management questions, overview of my experience. Round 3) Case study done remotely, the case study was vague and some areas would require understanding of the business. Given the time restraints and the amount of work required it's easy to make small mistakes Round 3.5) Explanation of case study and presentation of slides. Overall: I think this organization is looking for a very specific individual and perhaps someone who is earlier in their career. I was unimpressed with responses to questions around company culture and work life balance, this may be a good fit for someone who enjoys hanging out with their colleagues outside of work or loves going into an office.
