After being selected from your CV, you will probably have two interviews. One to get to know you, your experience and talk over your CV. Standard questions or your motifs and living/working status. Another interview might follow including a preparation of a Lesson Plan. The lesson is not necessarily 'given', in it for the directors of the school to see your ability in preparing lessons. If selected, another meeting will follow the rules of the school and how the groups to be taught work.
