I had a phone interview with a land analyst, not HR. normal questions like why work for us, your experience, nothing hard or out of the ordinary. At the end of the interview, she send me an excel worksheet for me to work on and do various calculations and at the end, make a recommendation on whether i should or should not invest in it. I finished it and send it back. About 2 weeks after the initial interview, I send a follow up email, checking up on the process and if they need any extra information. No answer. A week or so after sending the email, I send another similar email to her asking for an update. No response. Very unprofessional, at least send me a rejection email or something...
