Applied online (on Sunday) and got emailed the very next day for a phone interview. Had a phone interview that week. Waited a while and finally got asked to take an online assessment. Waited about another two weeks and finally got asked to come for a series of in person interviews. I had 4 interviews back to back. Sat in a vacant office with dead flies on a desk. Interview questions were almost solely behavioral questions. Really just a bad experience waiting for weeks and weeks. The process is just way too long. There is no need for a phone interview, online assessment, 4 interviews AND a wonderlic test for an entry level job. This isn't NASA. Sent emails following the interviews and received no reply from anyone, not even a thank you or confirmation of receiving the email...just no response. I interviewed on Tuesday and I was told they were making a decision that week so I figured I would hear by the end of the week. Not a chance! It took two weeks to receive a computer generated email saying I didn't get the job (I was told I would be called either way). At one point, while waiting to hear back about getting an interview, I actually lost interest in the job. You can only hope for so long before you just don't care about a job anymore. Overall just a really poor experience. If you have an interview with Kohler and don't hear back don't worry they just take forever to contact people.

Was interviewed by a person who's postition was unrelated to the job I wad being interviewed for. She was also late. The questions I was asked were fairly normal, I was asked to give examples, which I did. Only to be told afterwards that I gave no examples to any of her questions. I was unimpressed with their professional manner and that they lied to the agency who got me the interview.
