The interview process consisted of three stages. The first is a phone screen call, followed by two virtual interviews. The overall process was quick and efficient, with emails along the way reminding you when your interviews are.

Interview with multiple people in separate rooms; there was also an a panel discussion.they asked standard questions such as Where do you see yourself in 10 years. There was a case analysis as well. Lots of customer service related questions

I met them at a career fair on campus then interviewed in person on campus a few weeks later. Total WASTE OF TIME. During the interview the lady seemed like she didn't care what I had her say and kept checking her phone like I was being an inconvenience to her. I knew the second I left that I wasn't going to get the job, even though I know that I did well. Don't waste your time here unless you want to feel belittled by people who don't even know anything about you.
