Recruiter reached out to me a week in a half after I applied for an initial phone screening. Heard back a week later that I would get a second interview with the hiring manager the following week. The interview with the hiring manager was 45 minutes long with about 10 behavioral / situational based questions. Recommend using the STAR method to answer these effectively.
