It consisted of a group interview. The person leading the interview would ask a question then we would go around the room answering. They also asked at the beginning who all have had previous retail experience. Keep in mind that this was around five years ago and some things have probably changed.

What was a situation where you had to deal with a difficult customer?
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
