It was very laid back and easy. The hiring manager did most of the talking explaining what the job position entitled. After that I was given the opportunity to ask questions. I was immediately offered a position.

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
