One of the managers gave me a phone call and asked a few simple questions. She asked what hours I'd be available to work. It was very simple and took no longer than 10 minutes.

Name a situation where you had to work as a team with your coworkers.
I received a phone call with one of the managers. He basically got to know me and it was a pretty short, easy hire. It wasn't a tricky interview, it was more of an interview where Kohl's determined if I was fit for the job based on what kind of a person I was.

Entrevista
The 1st interview was done over the phone. Had to make an appointment online for it. Whole interview took around 10 minutes. The interview consisted many situational questions. After the interview, they told me to wait for a email or phone call. 3-5 days later got a email about scheduling a in person interview. Had other plans at that time so never finished the process.
