Had a phone interview scheduled for a specific time, turns out the previous one ran late so 25 minutes later I get a voicemail saying to call back that same day for my interview. After calling over 10 different times throughout the day, nobody once picked up the store phone to answer once.

Interview was 30 minutes long, consisting of mostly behavioral questions. Answered the questions in STAR format and treated it like a normal conversation. Make sure you are available at the times they want to fill.

Applied for the part time stockroom associate position and they allow you to select a date/time to interview. They will call you. They also send reminders of your date and time to interview.
