It was over the phone to follow covid-19 safety procedures. The person who interviewed me was nice and respectful. They just asked you the standard interview questions, as well as asking about your availability and what you did in your last job.

How do you see yourself making an impact on the store if you are hired?
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
