Typically, the interview is a group interview, so there is no need to freak out. They hire seasonally and keep those who their job done effectively while providing good customer service. Multi-tasking is also a major part of this job. Overall, if asked, the customers satisfaction is most important, and if you have something you want to talk about with a supervisor/manager, don't be afraid to ask! communication is important in every job/relationship/ etc.

This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
