I applied online through snagajob. A few weeks later I get a phone call on a Sunday at 10:30am from their admin. She wanted me to come in for an interview the next day. I went to the interview, answered a few of the hiring manager's questions, filled out paperwork for a background check, references, drug test agreement, etc. I call them (because they apparently forgot to call me) a week later and they told me I got the job.
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
