Relatively easy asked me to tell them about how I would handle different situations and previous retails experience. I interviewed with a manager and was asked about my availability. I got a call the same day.

Applied on Snagajob and got called about 2 weeks after. Set up interview for 2 days after the call. Arrived to the interview about 20 mins early, and had to fill out some paperwork. Waited an additional 15 mins to get called back. The interview was really easy, and the lady was very friendly. She made it very clear that the amount of hours you get depends on how well you do. She said that if she decides to offer me a job, I will get a call on Thursday, and if not, I'd get a rejection letter in the mail. I got a call on Thursday with a job offer.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
