The company came to our career fair and I applied online for an interview. They emailed me letting me know that I had an on-campus interview scheduled. After that, I moved on to final round interviews at the corporation in Milwaukee. This consisted of three 45 min interviews -- all very basic. Most were behavioral drawing on personal experiences.

Very easy to talk to and an overall great experience! Everyone was kind and seemed to be engaged throughout the entire process. The interview process was what I expected it to be.

Spoke to Kohl's at my career fair and was invited to their headquarter for their Sophomore summit, which automatically got me a first-round interview. Went back to the headquarters at the end of the summer and had 3 different interviews and had to present a project.
