During the career expo, I was invited to come back for an interview with a store manager. The next step will be an interview with the district manger. I am not sure of what is after the interview with the district manager. Well update if I make it to the next step past the district manager.

Tell me about a time when someone received recognition for something you did.
It was very straightforward and easy to navigate. I was able to answer most of the questions with answers I had prepared for other non-internship job interviews before this. I would say I prepared an normal amount of time and was able to get an offer

It was alright, the interviewer was very cold. No introduction, just straight to the point. just be ready to talk a lot and be stared at. I literally felt like I was being questioned for something else
normally pretty easy, best to try to be friendly and make sure know about kohls values. also having a friendly appearance helps. they look for genuine people— not basic answers and over rehearsed answers
