It was a group interview with about nine other interviewees and it felt more like an orientation. I felt very comfortable. The interviewer asked the exact questions on here and randomly chose three people to answer them. We got about two questions each one woman only answered one because he was supposed to go back to her but forgot and she still got hired. He said it would take a week for the background checks, but I got called a few days later and they set up a paid orientation for the next day. I still have yet to take a drug test.

Entrevista
The interviewing process is a group interview with about 5 to 6 people in the room and there should be at least two employees present (specifically store manager and area supervisor/assistant store manager). They will also ask everyone the same question as they ask you and it will just go around the table so a suggestion would be to sit in the middle. They also ask you to fill out forms with your availability and references.
