I submitted an online application and completed their online assessment, and by the next morning, I had an email asking me to schedule a time for a 1-on-1, in-person interview. The closest time available was the following Monday, but I chose an appointment nearly two weeks away due to my personal schedule. I arrived, conducted the interview within 25-30 minutes, and left being told I would hear back within 24 to 48 hours if I was eligible for a job offer. Less than a day (!) later, I got an email filled with forms and information about the offer, should I choose to accept. Overall, they were surprisingly fast and my interviewer was friendly and willing to answer all of my questions.

Describe a time you were challenged and succeeded.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
