I applied online, then received an email within three days scheduling an interview. The interview was a week later. It was a horrible experience because 1 of the 3 hiring managers (cannot remember her name, but did mention she started there when it first opened) kept interrupting the interview. She got up 4 times to either help an employee or to tell them to "push the credit". I felt it was rushed and obviously did not give me the time of day. Very unprofessional.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
