My process was very unique. Kohl's sponsored a Resume Critique Day at my university, and while I was there I talked to the recruiters. Furthermore, these were the same recruiters who would be at the Career Fair my school was hosting. Lastly, I had the opportunity to network with one of the HR staff when they spoke to my Marketing class. I was given a card of the HR person and told to be looking for an interview date/time in the coming days.
It was quite pleasant and they asked all of the basics. There are two interviews first a screening then a second with the hiring manager. Both parts were not that difficult as long as you prepare a few days prior.
The process began with a phone screen, a panel interview, and 2nd round interview. Interview questions included both behavioral questions and some technical knowledge questions depending on the role. Be prepared to talk about anything on your resume in depth.

It was an online Interview. The interviewer was very nice and laid back. I had answers to their questions, was myself, and didn't have too many issues. They did ask me to dress business professional.
