Super basic and easy. They ask if you can do certain tasks. Drug test and background check. They really just want to make sure your able to do the simplest of tasks. As long as your able to lift 75 lbs with help obviously(even though they dont tell you that). Room for growth

No interview at all. I put in an application and then was send a contingency letter and then had to come in for orientation the following week. Very simple process

Over the phone interview , very easy process. All she asked was my availability and told me the pay I would be making for that position. The call was two days after I replied.

3 questions over the phone, very basic questions about what you would do in various situations in the warehouse and interacting with other workers. Next step was coming in for orientation and there was no drug test.
