I was contacted solely through email to pick an interview day as well as my orientation. The interviewer was prompt, thorough, and sort of informal. It was not an environment of great pressure, and I received a great sense of the workplace.

Name a situation which you had to deal with an unpleasant customer and how was it handled.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
