I applied online I beieve it was snagajob.com. So Kohls called me about 2 weeks later for an interview. When I went I was the first person there I was about 15 minutes early. When i got there the secretary had me fill out some paperwork. Soon after the manager I believe interviewed me. He was very nice, wasn't "scary looking", pleasant person to talk too.
-Make sure to say you love the idea of credit cards "charge card" for kohls
when i said I knew about it and agreed he became evry excited.
After the itnerview the secretary told me I would have orientation the following week if I passed
the backround check which I did.
My orientation is tomorrow :D

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
