group interview with approx 10 to 15 applicants; questions were asked and everyone had to answered them, although you were not pressured to answer, but you could speak up at any time and answer the questions. Each person gave their answer individually to certain questions that were asked to each applicant.

This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
