Applied online for Customer Service Rep position at contact center office in Dallas area, received a response via E-mail two days later. First is phone interview where HR will ask about your work history, how you handle a deadline or stress at work, why you want to work for Kohls, then if you pass it's an onsite interview which was a ten-minute speed round session with three hiring managers who were all very nice. Received job offer a week later. Easy, simple, and very friendly process!

A lot of situational questions, Describe a time when you received criticism from your supervisor and how did you handle it?
Pretty good, for seasonal. They asked basic questions. But also be sure to have questions of your own. Do research of the company before hand is always a good rule of thumb.
I had a Phone interview and was hired on the spot. Super relaxed interview process. No drug testing, but i think that’s normal for retail not to drug test. Started almost a week later.

Entrevista
A video call interview through zoom that lasts roughly 15 minutes, and then a decision within 3 to 4 business days. This was for a seasonal position for the Christmas rush, so the process might be difficult for a long term position.
