My interview was really good , he asked about 40 questions and we talked for about 45 minutes. He made me feel comfortable talking to him and he was super friendly . I was expecting a group interview but it was one on one and I think it went well. After the interview he said I did a good job and he said to expect a call soon. It's been a day since the interview hopefully I get a call back!

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
Goes over simple things like hobbies, skills, and weaknesses. They let you ask questions, and ask about past jobs and why you left. Overall it is an easy interview to sit through.
