Applied and got an interview in under an hour, two part interview, done in the same day, first with store manager second with higher level manager. Really easy, I did tell them that I was probably leaving for school at the end of the summer, they apparently forgot when it came for my orientation, because I was accused of lying that I was leaving, they were upset that I was leaving in 4 months already, had a bad feeling about the company from the start, but needed the job. I'm quitting just 2 months into my employment at this store. I do not recommend this Kohls.

What was a difficult problem solving issue youve faced
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
